Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer

The toolbar works with Google Toolbar 5.0’s Pop-up Blocker, but if you have an earlier version you’ll need to enable pop-ups to follow the links we display by a highlighted person, place, or thing.

Why doesn’t highlighting work on every page?

Due to the differences in how each website displays its text, we can’t always highlight everything we’d like to. Sometimes there’s a slowdown somewhere and we can’t highlight things as quickly as we’d like to. Sometimes we just don’t have information about something, although we’d like to. Rest assured, we’re always trying to make it better.
